Ulnar Deviation
Guest Author - Anne Asher

Ulnar deviation is a description of a position of the hand in relation to the wrist. The description is of how that position is different from what anatomists call the "Anatomical Position".

Basically, ulnar deviation is where the hand is angled away from the thumb, and toward the little finger.
