I have been a part of the BellaOnline family on and off since 2012, and it is my pleasure to write articles of interest that will help you on your path to happiness and well-being. On the Mental Health site I share information about how our mental health challenges affect us, how to cope with stress and anxiety, plus tips and tools to assist you with developing functional ways of being.
When we understand ourselves and how we think we can be empowered to live in functional and well balanced ways. I am constantly learning and growing, and I love to share my insights, experience and knowledge with all of you.
On the Mental Health site you will find articles about the challenges we face in all forms such as disorders, depression, mindfulness and meditation practices, addictions, emotional health, self-help strategies and much more to empower you to understand mental health challenges for yourself and friends or family members.

The forum is a great place to share ideas, connect with others for support and inspiration, and to learn something new that will benefit you on your journey into discovering more about Mental Health.
