I've just been teaching my crystal healing students to journey shamanically this weekend. They've linked up with their animal allies, their spirit guides and journeyed to meet the spirit of a crystal. Journeying is a great way to access guidance and is easier for many people than meditation or visualisation. Here I give you an Introduction.
