"CHAKRA CHATTER"
Good Friday to you, friends!
Spring is just around the corner, and it's such an exciting and positive time of year. Many of you may be considering outdoor activities now, and moving your Yoga practice outside is both easy and invigorating. Whether you choose day or evening hours, the fresh air and all the sights and sounds of Nature (even if you're in a City) will bring a whole new dimension to your session. With that in mind, I have focused on simple Yoga asanas this week, ones that can easily make the transition to the great outdoors. Remember, if you're near a beach, Yoga can take on a much deeper meaning when practiced at the "door" of an Ocean. Imagine your breathing in time with the crest and fall of the waves.
Also, you'll find a link at the bottom of each article to the base asanas, and to the New Moon Yoga Sequence I created. This sequence is perfect for outdoor sessions and has a simplicity you may find surprisingly empowering.
I wish you all a joyful, healthy weekend!
