In my Crystal Masterclasses recently I encouraged my students to look at the treasures that lay hidden within their Shadow side. I think we all have to look within in this way if we are to mature and grow spiritually. Here's my article:

Looking into your Shadow Side
Many people avoid looking into their Shadow as they feel it is too scary and they don’t want to go there, yet we all have a shadow side and if you don’t look you won’t know what is hidden away. Not looking does not prevent your repressed shadow traits showing through, it is just that you are unconscious of them.

Very sadly it seems James Bubear's body has been found in the River Avon yesterday. A formal identification on the body has not yet been made, but his family have been informed & the news have linked its discovery to James. I mentioned James had disappeared three weeks ago in an earlier newsletter. He was my daughter's school friend and a genuinely nice young man. Thank you to everyone who prayed and sent positive energy for James and his family and friends. I'm sure that your support has been felt and helped over this very difficult time.
