I started to declutter and spring clean my Utility room today. It got me thinking about the effect that junk in this space has on the rest of my life. I've known about clutter clearing for years now- ever since I read an article in a women's magazine about space clearing expert Karen Kingston whilst sitting on a beach on holiday. I could hardly wait to get home and start decluttering! Now I go into other people's houses and help them with their clutter issues as part of my therapy practice. Even so I still need to remind myself of the importance of clutter clearing in my own home every now and then.

Where is Your Clutter?
Most of us have places in our homes that collect clutter. Clutter creates pockets of stale energy & can make us feel ‘stuck’. The junk that accumulates will impact on your life in a way that is connected with the area of your home it is in.
