I'm continuing my series on Color Therapy with blue this week. At this time of year the color blue reminds us of the clear skies of Summer and can bring us a sense of peace and tranquility.

Using the Color Blue in Healing
Blue is the color of the heavens; a blue sky is uplifting to our spirits. In our energy system blue is associated with the throat chakra.
