I've had a cold this week! I gave in and cancelled some appointments to concentrate on resting and getting well. I then set my mind on being well enough for the workshop I'd booked last night. It shows the power of intention - 24 hours earlier I could hardly speak without coughing, last night I was singing & felt well again!
