Good Saturday friends!
This week I added two new articles to the Yoga site at BellaOnline, and they both give instructions for the same asana, but with different moves added. One is The Little Boat Pose, and the other is The Little Boat Twist. If you have never tried Little Boat, I highly recommend that you do. It's a great way to get your body relaxed and ready for a workout or a run or a full Yoga session, and it's a simple asana to perform. Adding the twist does increase the difficulty a bit, but if you're intermediate or above, this should not present any problem to you!

"Little Boat Pose or Pavana Muktasana"
This Yoga asana stretches your spine, lower back and hip area. Great for warming up, in-between strength training sets or just taking a mental break. Also a big help for PMS!
"Little Boat Twist or Parsva Pavana Muktasana"
Adding a twist to the Little Boat Pose raises the difficulty level a bit, and gives your body a nice, deep stretch. Your back and spine areas are relaxed and your state of well-being is elevated!
