Getting Personal With Your Faith
When you want to know something, do you ask questions? Of course! How else are you going to find out the answers if you don't ask questions? The same applies with our faith. Our faith/belief are personal matters. And if we have a question, then why not go to the Source and ask those questions?
Fatherless Sons in the Black Community
There is more than enough blame to go around concerning the responsibility for our fatherless sons. However, the blame game must cease, and true, sincere, honest, and open dialogue must begin. All children need their fathers; especially sons. Only another man can teach a young boy how to be a man.
Saving Schools in Our Black Communities
How is it possible where there is already devastating poverty, that children are being deprived a school in their own neighborhood? Something must be done to ensure the longevity and excellence in our community schools.

Unity Can Shed Insecurities In Black Women
As Black women, something amazing and powerful happens when we come together and support one another. Coming together and having open, honest dialogue about our struggles has proven to be key in us overcoming and shedding our insecurities.
Pushing Past The Pain
We sometimes encounter life situations that are painful. At times, we may get stuck in that pain and not know how to move on. Life is a journey. And sometimes that journey has pain. But we can move forward and get past the pain and live a life that is full and productive; even if the pain lingers.
Embracing Your Black History
I know this for certain: in order for a greater tomorrow, we must always embrace our history. It holds the keys to our future, and to the future of each and every generation to come. We cannot possibly know where we are going, without knowing where we came from.
The Education of the African-American
Ignorance of who you are and where you come from perpetuates a diabolical cycle of death and destruction. It is time to educate ourselves so we can educate our children; arming them with every tool they need to make it in this life.
