I was first introduced to herbs when I was very young and my Grandmother would take me into her garden to explain the various plants she grew and the health benefits they had. She had a great love for the outdoors and for anything that grew. I credit her for those early teachings for they also gave me a love for watching things grow. As I got older I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life and I wanted to share this with family and friends.

In 1989 I decided to answer the calling I felt and to make it into a career and I got my certification as an Herbalist and Iridologist. As time when on and more information became available I pursued other avenues in the holistic profession. I have learned that healing is not just about the physical body, but of the body, mind and spirit. With this in mind I choose other forms of healing to give me a well-rounded education.

I am also a Reiki Master with certifications in Crystal Therapy, Shamanism, Spiritual Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Meditation. I also own my own natural skin care line that is made to order for people with specific needs. My final accomplishment was when I earned my Ph.D. in Metaphysics in 2009.

I believe that to heal the body a healing program must encompass all three of these aspects. By having a balance healing will come more naturally and more completely. I hope you will join me in this journey of Holistic Health as a way of living a more full and abundant life.
