Most health issues occur because of poor nutrition and lifestlye habits. Therefore, the majority of my articles will focus on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits because I believe those areas should be addressed before seeking out alternative therapies. You cannot practice poor health habits on a consistent basis and expect an accupunturist, chiropractor, or other alternative healer to fix your health issue(s). Alternative treatments will temporarily reduce symptoms, but they will not address the root cause of the problem.
I believe a plant based diet is the best diet. It is therapuetic, healing and has been proven by some of the top Medical Doctors to prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, and other degenerative diseases. I fully believe in it because I´ve been practicing this way of eating for more than 2 years. It has helped me to have more energy, a clearer mind, remove symptoms of Thyroid disease and drop my cholesterol by more than 100 points.
