Meet Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie

Guest Author - Taisha Turner

Come and meet Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie. They are the major characters in C. S. Lewis’ series, The Chronicles of Narnia. They first appear in the book The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Later, all or some, are in the books: Prince Caspian, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and The Last Battle.

Peter Pevensie
Peter Pevensie is the eldest of the Pevensie children. Aslan in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe names him,High King of Narnia. Read more about this young man.

Edmund Pevensie
Edmund Pevensie likes Turkisk Delight. He does Jardis, the White Witch's bidding to get more. Edmund betrays his brother and sisters in his dream to be King of Narnia.

Lucy Pevensie
Lucy Pevensie, Lu, discovers the wardrobe which is the portal to Narnia. She is the youngest of the four Pevensie children. She is a soft-hearted child.

Susan is the oldest Pevensie girl. She becomes to be known as Queen Susan the Gentle.

All of the Pevensie kids have further adventures in Prince Caspian. They and Aslan help the young man to his rightful throne. Read Prince Caspian and join their adventures.

The Walt Disney Film of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is available. Watch the full screen DVD and compare it to the book. Look for the wonderful talking animals. Enjoy the movie on DVD for years to come.
