It can be hard to find healthy options if are a pizza lover, and you find yourself craving pizza when the weekend rolls around. Many low calorie options lack flavor and leave you feeling unsatisfied and sorry you spent the extra money for the healthier version. Most pizzas are high in fat and can range from 200 to 300 calories per slice. However, here is a healthy pizza for you to try this weekend that tastes delicious and is low in calories. It's simple, quick, and easy to make.

Healthy 8 Inch Thin Crust Personal Pan Pizza
Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla – 150 calories
lean organic ground beef- 3 oz- approximately 115 calories
organic tomato sauce- 3 tablespoons –approximately 40 calories
mozzarella cheese – 2 tablespoons- approximately 45 calories

Total = approximately 350 calories for entire pizza

Ingredients:
Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla
lean organic ground beef
organic tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese

Recipe:
Pre-heat oven to 450. Brown 3 ounces of organic ground beef in a non-stick pan.
Place Ezekiel tortilla on a plate to prepare. Spread two tablespoons of organic tomato sauce on the tortilla. Drain the ground beef on a paper towel and let cool. Spread the ground beef on top of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. When oven is pre-heated, place the pizza directly on the rack. Set the timer for ten minutes. Pizza is ready when golden brown.

Ingredients:
Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla
organic tomato sauce
organic baby spinach
organic coconut oil
mozzarella cheese
organic sliced mushrooms

Recipe:
Pre-heat oven to 450. Saute one cup of baby spinach and ¼ cup of fresh mushrooms in one tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan. Place Ezekiel tortilla on a plate to prepare. Spread two tablespoons of organic tomato sauce on the tortilla. Spread the spinach and mushrooms evenly on top of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. When oven is pre-heated, place the pizza directly on the rack. Set the timer for ten minutes. Pizza is ready when golden brown.
