Yoga For Weightloss

Yoga has been around for centuries but in the past few years a new type of yoga for weight loss has emerged. It focuses on poses that burn calories, reduce stress, and increase metabolism, which is fantastic, except that yoga burns a minimal amount of calories per hour compared to other types of exercise.
