The Method Jump Start Journal: 8 Weeks To Wellness
My current journal of choice for all my clients. It's an awesome journal that provides all types of goal setting exercises, cool lifestyle questionaires, nutrition info, exercise options,and R & R tips. It focuses less on calories and more on your lifestyle and which often times has a bigger effect on what you eat and how much of it you eat. Great for beginners or those who struggle to stick to healthy eating and exercise. My only issue with it is the tiny spaces for food entries.

The larger version of this journal is really awesome with all type of great tips, boxes that you check off for how many veggies you ate (very useful for the less healthy eater), goals, tips, and more. It actually comes with a travel version tucked inside but this pocket version is almost as good and just as useful.
