Meet Life Coach Noreen Sumpter

“My mission is to empower and inspire people to live their dreams with joy, passion and adventure,” says life coach, Noreen Sumpter, who recently talked to Bellaonline.com about her work as a coach. This is the first installment of a three part series.

BELLA: Describe your path. How did you come to be a Life Coach?

NOREEN: It is something I have been drawn to since I was a teen. I love people and I love to have people win in their lives and I love sharing my wins. I also love to share my life. I think that all of life matters even the things that do not feel so wonderful. It is all material and a part of life process to be shared. My path has be wide at times and narrow at other times. There are also times when it looks like there is no where to go. That is where I start to create. The coaching path is exciting, fresh and active.

BELLA: What is the most rewarding aspect of being a Life Coach?

NOREEN: The most rewarding aspect of being a life coach is having the ability to support people get the results they really want in their lives. By having them face their truths no matter how difficult it might be and having them create a plan of action and see that they have the courage to take the necessary action to get their desired result.

I love when clients call me with excitement from the results that have gotten. I love to hear statements like “I have no idea what I was afraid of” I have no idea what stopped me” “I should have done this so long ago. “I can’t believe that was so easy” “This is such a relief.” or some variations of these statements. I love to have people wake up to their lives and see that they are important and they can be, do and have what they desire. I love them realizing that their past does not make them who they are in their lives today.

Everyday is newly created. That they can make a difference and that the world is a better place because they are in it. Their contributions no matter how small are important. There are so many things that are rewarding about being a life coach. What I love is that coaching is a very active process.
