One of the many enjoyable aspects of being an editor for BellaOnline is the opportunity to produce a newsletter that's just for my readers! By signing up for my list you'll be sure to stay current about I'm writing, what I'm currently reading or researching, and pass on information about Yoga props and gear that I use and love.
Talking about Yoga is easy for me, as I have a real passion for the modality and enjoy writing articles that are informative and (hopefully) inspiring to those of you who are just beginning to get to know this art. The title of my weekly newsletter gives you a bit of an idea about how I approach this subject - "Chakra Chatter". The deeper meaning of Yoga practice is always present in what I write and at the same time I enjoy presenting my work in a positive, fun kind of way.
I believe that successfully managing the stress in your life is the most important element to staying healthy and fit, both mentally and physically, and that kind of happiness extends to virtually every aspect of your life - including how you interact with others!
Some readers are Yoga instructors themselves and I will be including information in some of my articles that pertain to the Yoga client relationship and how that can be built and maintained, which can benefit both teacher and client. I will also discuss mixing Yoga with other modalities such as Pilates and martial arts for those of you who may be interested in blended type classes, or simply want to add to your own self-led Yoga practice.
To help beginners I include tips just for you in any articles I publish that are of an instructional nature. My main message to you is that you simply need to stay with it and you'll do just fine.
The subject of Yoga itself is such a broad one that I will be writing about many aspects of life that relate to this practice that you may not have thought about before. Examples include article titles such as, "Yoga Diet", "Yoga Skincare" and "Dance Yoga", which will be published on BellaOnline's Yoga site in November so if you are not already part of my list you may want to consider it soon!

One is in the far right column under "Free Newsletter", the other is located at the bottom of the page, just under "For Free email updates, subscribe to the Yoga Newsletter".
