Greetings and thank you for your interest in my Yoga newsletter from BellaOnline! Every week I publish articles about the science of yoga and how a yoga practice can contribute to your health and well-being. And Now Yoga is the title of my weekly newsletter and by signing up you will be kept up to date on my latest articles, the subjects I'm researching, the books I'm reading, current events related to yoga, and the gear I'm using and reviewing.
I truly love practicing yoga and it is a great privilege to share that love by writing for the community at BellaOnline. Yoga is a broad field with many different subjects to explore. I’ll be writing articles that will help those who are new to yoga develop a practice as well as articles that will help those who have been practicing for a while to deepen their practices and learn more about the various aspects of yoga.
For those who are new to yoga, I encourage you to explore and learn and to try things on. Keep what works for you and let go of the things that don’t, but most of all be gentle with yourself and stay with it. You’ll be fine!
