Celery (juice, roots or seeds) are rich in vitamins A, C and B-complex. It also contains iron. Celery can reduce blood pressure, relieve muscle spasm, and improve appetite. It has been used to treat arthritis and kidney problems. It acts as a sedative and antioxidant.
