Families traveling with children who have disabilities, medical conditions, or other special needs can contact the TSA with questions or comments through the website, in writing or by telephone. The TSA and local airport personnel have reportedly been sensitive and helpful to families traveling during the first days of the new rules and are developing policies that will be important for all airline passengers.
