If you've spent any time on this site reading about metabolism and calories you have probably found tons of info about how eating less, cutting carbs, cutting fat, and eating processed foods are some of the worst mistakes you can make when losing weight. You probably didn't want to believe this was true and couldn't fathom the idea that counting carbs, calories, and fat is a big waste of time. This book will actually prove to you with more scientific info than you can digest that this is in fact true.
