Isan Style Sausages  I learned to make these Isan sausages called Sai Grog Tod from the Colonel I. F. K. Philpott and his lovely wife Muoi Khuntilanont in Korat (Ubon Ratchashima)in the mid 1990's. They have been a family favourite ever since. Jackfruit Curry (Gaeng Kanun)  This is a traditional Karen Hill tribe recipe using local game, however I use Cornish Game Hens or pork. It is eaten fiendishly hot by the Karens but I have toned it down for Western palates. sunnyside up, on top. Lemongrass Barbecued Pork  This barbecued pork is a common street food often called Satay Mu. It is an easy and full of flavour dish which is perfect for summer get togethers. Moo Tod Kratiem Phrik Thai  Pepper Garlic Pork Thai style (Moo Tod Kratiem Phrik Thai)is a dish sure to please anyone. You can regulate the pepperiness by adjusting how much pepper you use. Pork Penang  Penang is a drier style curry originating in Southern Thailand from Penang, Malaysia. Phanaeng curry is named after Penang island, an island which is located in Malaysia. Many other curries require much more coconut milk than in this Penang style curry.
