No Cook Low Carb Recipes

If you don't feel like using a stove or a microwave - or are in a location where you don't have access to one - here are great healthy recipes to keep you happy!

Remember, don't think of any recipe as "only a breakfast" or "only a snack". You can eat anything you want at ANY TIME. By adding variety into your lifestyle, you will be able to really enjoy your meals!

Tunafish Recipe

For these recipes to work, make sure you keep your pantry stocked with Must Have Low Carb Basic Ingredients. These are things like olive oil, garlic powder, etc.

Always keep salad fixings in your fridge - lettuce, spinach, little tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers, celery, etc. You can make 200 different kinds of salads just by varying the cheese, dressing choice and combination of items - so a salad a day is a great aim!

Low sugar yogurt and cottage cheese are also good to keep in stock.

Yes, there are prepared snacks you can buy like chips and meal bars. But those can be quite expensive. Instead, get foods that are fresh and in season. Keep your budget in balance, and mix up the easy low carb fresh recipes!
