It will keep you up to date on the latest articles concerning everything you need to know about incorporating walking into your lifestyle. Walking is the perfect way to get healthy and fit. It is easy to do and it's free. Walking can bring about a sense of peace and calmness by making it a time to reflect on your health goals.
The newsletter will be sent out each Thursday. It will contain the link to the latest article as well as special tips and motivations about walking for a healthier lifestyle. Each newsletter will also address a readers specific question. If there is something you are would like to ask regarding specific issues with your walking program, send them in. It may even be a feature article if other readers are having the same questions. Included in the walking newsletter will be information about any upcoming contests or sweepstakes.
