Supported Housing Options and Caregiver Choices
Families of teens with disabilities transitioning to adulthood have many questions about housing options and caregiver support for their sons and daughters throughout adulthood. Some questions could best be answered by adults with disabilities who have had experience hiring and managing caregivers.

Please Seek Help for Depression and Hopelessness
Moms of individuals with disabilities may experience depression more often than mothers of their children's mainstream peers, especially with diminishing resources. Postpartum depression can also be more likely due to traumatic birth or newborn diagnosis. Access to effective help is necessary.
